Castellare di Castellina 2015 Vin Santo ‘Sodi San Nicolo’ (375ML) Toscana

A rare selection from Chianti Classico, Castellare’s Vin Santo ‘San Nicolo’ comes from the estates oldest and most celebrated vineyard. Aged in a solera style for a minimum of 3 years in small barrels, the 2015 is blended together with a taste of the past 30 years of vintages, creating one lovely finish to a long meal. This is not an intensely sweet dessert-wine, instead we have an even balance between tannin, oak and sugar.
